The service at the ski shop was very slow both when collecting ski's and particularly when returning and settling the final fee. The staff were not helpful in offering suitable alternative equipment if we were not comfortable with the equipmenmt offered. The service previously given by Freerider was much better , I thought that was the ski shop we would be going to. Very disappointed.

Tout était parfait, mis à part le cout d'un dizaine d'euros si on perd un bâton ce qui n'est pas habituel étant donné qu'ils sont quand même rentabilisés par le loueur depuis longtemps.

Nous avons mis cela sur le compte de la fin de la saison !.....

Excellent service all-round. The web site was easy to use. The Free Ride shop lived up to our expectations and they had what we needed. When I needed to change my skis, that was done efficiently and quickly.
Les Arc 1950 is definitely the best out of the four Les Arc resorts. It is far more attractive than the others and has a cosy village feel. The patisserie is particularly good! There are enough restaurants to choose from, a small Spar, and a doctor on duty during working hours. A huge bonus that there are no cars in the village - kids can roam around freely. We had a wonderful week there and would definitely go again.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
un bémol, peu de modèles de chaussures proposés. Celles louées ne convenaient pas, nous les avons rendues dès le mardi et rien ne nous a été proposé en échange.(Heureusement nous en avions une paire personnelle de secours).
